We are a comprehensive packaging solutions provider specializing in design, manufacturing, and contract packaging services for domestic and international brands.

WePackagin provides the following services:

4.1 Order Process

All orders must be confirmed in writing through our official quotation and purchase order process. Verbal agreements are not binding.

4.2 Minimum Order Quantities

Each product category has specific minimum order quantities (MOQ). MOQ requirements will be clearly stated in quotations.

4.3 Customization

Custom designs and specifications are subject to technical feasibility assessment. Additional charges may apply for complex customizations.

4.4 Production Timeline

Production timelines are estimates based on current capacity and may vary due to material availability, complexity, and order volume.

5.1 Payment Schedule

Standard payment terms: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment. Alternative payment schedules may be negotiated for established customers.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers (T/T), letters of credit (L/C), and other mutually agreed payment methods.

5.3 Currency

Prices are quoted in USD or RMB as specified in quotations. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect final pricing.

5.4 Late Payments

Late payment fees of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue amounts. We reserve the right to suspend production for overdue accounts.

6.1 Quality Standards

All products are manufactured according to approved samples and specifications. We maintain strict quality control throughout the production process.

6.2 Inspection Period

Customers have 7 days from receipt of goods to report quality issues. Claims must be supported by photographic evidence.

6.3 Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or deviations from approved specifications. Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.

6.4 Warranty

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery date under normal storage and handling conditions.

7.1 Customer IP Rights

Customers retain all rights to their trademarks, logos, and proprietary designs. We will not use customer IP for any purpose other than fulfilling orders.

7.2 Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer designs, specifications, and business information.

7.3 Design Services

Original designs created by our team remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers receive usage rights for their specific applications.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or material shortages.

8.3 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their packaging complies with applicable regulations and standards in their target markets.

Either party may terminate ongoing relationships with 30 days written notice. Existing orders will be completed according to agreed terms unless otherwise negotiated.

We reserve the right to terminate relationships immediately for non-payment, breach of terms, or illegal activities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through negotiation first. If unsuccessful, disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Dongguan, China, according to applicable arbitration rules.

10.3 Jurisdiction

Courts in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China, have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.
